Payment Hold

I sold a virtual product over discord and now my payment went on hold, how am I supposed to provide a tracking number or confirmation for a non ebay sell. This is so frustrating.

If the payment is marked "completed" but marked "On Hold", click on the transaction itself and see if it says the next thing you should do is ship. If so, then deliver the digital goods, mark it as shipped by clicking "Add tracking info" button in the transaction details and then ask sender to confirm receipt:

 1. Click Activity at the top of the page.

 2. Find and click the payment transaction.

 3. Click Confirm Receipt.

 4. Click Yes to confirm.
