I sold a product and used the card swipe. This transaction was not an ebay purchase. I am not a new seller and other person already has the goods. Pay Pay decided to hold a portion of the money for 30 days. They allowed me to have some of the money but put a hold on a portion of it. I understand if they want to hold for 48 hours or 7 days but really 30 days. I tried calling and no resolution. They said they are holding it for my protection. This is not for my protection. I just want my money or refunded back to the original person.
