Paying issues with Cashterminal in Bulgaria

Hello fellas, I am trying to load up my account through Cash Terminal and for some reason when I Write down my (Right) E-mail it always says Wrong Information given, I think It's a issue from Paypal's side, no idea though, thanks in advance for answers!

I once used that function and since then I haven't been able to use it again. I think it's from cashterminal not PayPal
