Paying Invoice

I received an invoice for a payment. I am going to be paying via e check. Once in a while I have an issue of the e check being rejected but it eventually resolves. Will my the invoice sender be notified that the charge didn’t go through? I don’t want to be embarrassed and have it seem the bank declined my payment.

Hi @Svhushcha,

No, they won't be notified it has not gone through but they might notice the delay, as we would have given them an estimated clearance date. Please note we will only try twice to get the funds from your bank and if it does fail completely the transaction will get canceled. The merchant is initially advised that they should not provide goods or services until the e-check clears, so this might cause delays on the invoice being fulfilled.

Thanks

Martin
