Payement pending

Hello guys. I recieved a payement from my brother on PayPal it’s been 5 days now and they keep telling me the payement is pending.i would love to get a help from you .So please tell me what I can do. Thanks

Pending on your paypal account?

Pending on both paypal accounts?

Does it say pending/unclaimed?

Is there a cancel option.
