PayPal won't let me convert currency from USD to Pounds so can't transfer money to bank account - Please help

If this is still happening it seems the following helps.

> Go to the 'Summary' tab.
> Click on 'Currencies' below the 'available money' section.
> Click the 3 dots to the right of the dollars currency.
> Click 'Close Currency'.

Once you have removed the currency you can re-add it.

> Click on 'Add currency'.
> Choose 'USD' again.

Then you just need to follow the normal steps to convert the currency and that should work.
