PayPal won’t allow me to add money

i’ve been trying for the past hour to add money into my account however when i entered my details through my mobile banking app it said error. then i tried to add it through the paypal app directly and it says “money cannot be added from this account” why?

Because maybe it is an account with mobile banking app provider. It must be a bank account opened at a bank branch. None of these online type banks.
