Hi, I transferred money that I got from an ebay sale from the PayPal account on my ebay to my personal PayPal account. Then I transferred the money to my bank account from my personal account. I saw that PayPal withdrew more than I transferred in. I transferred 71.39 but 74.50 was withdrawn. Why did this happen?
