I have received and transferred many times fro. The same person on my same PayPal account but this time they will not let me transfer to my bank or prepaid card!!!!!! Some of us will lose everything if we cant get our money when it is sent to us.
I think we do have the same problem, maybe you should try open you email if paypal has sent you a message requesting for some verification documents. It happens to me.
