PayPal virtual mastercard

If I brought a virtual PayPal card, and I Get money sent to my PayPal will that go on my card to shop anywhere?

Thanks for reaching out! We don't necessarily offer a virtual MasterCard. Here are the cards PayPal offers. 

If you would like a card that is linked to your PayPal account balance that you can use anywhere, I suggest the PayPal Cash Card.
