I withdrew my funds last night on my debit card and it was successfully completed, but today I was shocked when I saw that my balance was debited by the same amount i withdraw last night from PayPal. When I called my bank, they told me PayPal and VISA was the one who ordered for the debit in my account. They took back my funds. Please help. 😭😭😭
