Hello members, I desperately need to know if any of you especially folks in East Africa has been affected by the current technical hitches. Over the past five days, I've been unable to transfer funds from my PayPal account to either bank account or Mpesa. My case in particular is that every time I link my PayPal account to my Mpesa registered mobile number, it keeps saying the accounts don't belong to the same person. Please help. I really want to withdraw my money because I'm literally starving guys!
