PayPal stealing money

Hi, an hour ago I recieved 650€ and my balance still shows 0? PayPal has simply kept my money and doesn't want to add it to my balance for some reason. What do you when PayPal steals you?

I assumed it happened to others before. I guess a court case against PayPal is the only way to get the money?

Happened to me too. Tried calling and the call gets disconnected each time.

Does it happen often? I guess Paypal just stole the money and just won't give it? I was told PayPal were criminals and never wanted to believe...
