PayPal stealing money!!

For over a month I’ve had this on going problem with PayPal and not being able to withdraw my money. Even after speaking to someone on a live chat they said I’d receive an email within 24 hours. It never came. I’ve emailed about 6 times. Says I’ll receive a response within 24 hours IT NEVER CAME! Ive called a number of times. My call always gets disconnected before I even speak to someone. ONE TIME someone answered the phone I gave her my details then she hung up!!! It’s absolutely ridiculous. PayPal are blatantly stealing my money. My account has been set to business, due to me having a Shopify account. My business is not registered as it is a small business I run on shopify and eBay. They’re asking me for my business registration and information. When I spoke to the guy on live chat. I explained to him it’s not registered he told me it was fine and they would sort it. Months later I’m still here with my hard earned money made from my BUSINESS stuck in PayPal’s account which I cannot withdraw! I’ve been on their social media (Instagram) to see that almost every single comment is a complaint about PayPal holding and stealing people’s money!!!!!! I want my money so I can delete my PayPal account.

Not sure why you opened a business account as you can sell on a personal one.

You only need a business one if you are a registered business or high volume seller OR if you are an individual (and selected the individual pathway) as you want the extra features that come with a business account.

However why not consider 'downgrading' your paypal account to a personal one and then you may be able to withdraw funds.

But unfortunately you would need to contact customer services to sort that one out, have you tried this........

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

They stole 1500$ i have no sales or fraud issue. They locked my account and gave me no possible way to get my money
