PayPal same bank account re linking

I have deleted my bank account before and now i find it difficult to re link it again please help me

May have to allow at least 72 hours before linking again to allow paypals systems to play catch up.

Also clear your cookies/cache etc.

Lastly you can only add a bank account to any paypal account x3 times in that banks lifetime so if you have already added it 3 times you may not be able to do so again.
