I've completed the steps to remove my limitation. Why is my account still limited?
How long will it take to resolve an account limitation?
Because of the Covid-19 situation, limitations could take longer to resolve, so will customer service responses. Have to keep trying to reach out.

When an account is limited, critical account functions such as sending, receiving, withdrawing are blocked until account is restored to normal standing or permanently limited, at which you'll be notified and have to wait 180 days before you are able to withdrawal and even then you'll need to wait for PayPal to notify whether you can withdrawal.
