PayPal's automatic transfer withdraws all of the balance even if there's more than 1 currency?

Hey,

I'm from Egypt and on the Egyptian PayPal it must always transfer the funds you have to your Visa or bank account, I was just wondering in case of having 2 currencies (EUR and USD) will PayPal simply withdraw both of them on the start of each month? or how it'll go?
