PayPal really sucks, payment on hold after transferring money from a PayPal giftcard

I just bought yesterday a PayPal Giftcard, I transferred the money to my account and now I have to wait for it to get released...And PayPal support doesn’t even respond to my emails after over a day.I really needed that money fast

I'm sorry for any concern. We do not offer a PayPal gift card. Can you provide details of the card you're referring to?
