PayPal not working with RAKBANK card

I'm trying to register a new card on PayPal - it's an easy process and worked for my Emirates NBD personal card.

However, when attempting to register my RAKBANK Business Debit Card, it won't work.

- an error comes up like "Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction. Please try again later."

the information is 100% typed accurately.

Thanks for your reply - unfortunately nothing has worked.

I'm yet to receive a clarification from PayPal on whether it just doesn't accept cards from this bank.

My Bank/card issuer confirmed there is no known issue on their side.
