My friend sent me money thru paypal like she has before. But this time the money shows I received it, but it doesn't show up in the balance to transfer it.
I get royalties sent to me (in Australia) from a publisher in USA. She has sent me three amounts on 1/9/18, 1/10/19 & 1/1/19. they show in my transaction list but my USD balance is zero so I can't transfer them to my Australian bank account.
