i have received 2 payment on 28th of September , i have received the message as usual that i have received the payment but when i am checking PayPal balance there is no money appears in my balance and i am trying to call coustomer care all the lines are off due to corona virus . so what should i do now. please help
I HAD THE SAME SITUATION TODAY. I ADDED MONEY AT RITE AID AND GOT CONFIRMATION AND IT SAID THE MONEY CLEARED IN MY APP. I DID THIS AT NOON TODAY, BUT MY BALANCE DID SHOW IT. MANAGED TO GET THROUGH TO PAYPAL AND THEY SAID THEY HAD ENGINEERS WORKING ON A TECHNICAL ISSUE. MY MONEY JUST SHOWED UP ABOUT AN HOUR AGO, ABOUT 11 HOURS AFTER I MADE THE DEPOSIT. SO IT'S MORE THAN LIKELY THE SAME SITUATION FOR YOU. IT'S PROBABLY THE SAME PAYPAL TECHNICAL ISSUE AND YOUR MONEY IS GOING TO TAKE A COUPLE OF HOURS.
