I made a sale in person (through Facebook, eBay not even slightly involved) and was told I had to wait 21 days. I have posted and sold on eBay with another PayPal account for my parents at their house, so I knew this going into the sale. But now, 23 days later, I'm still waiting on money that really should have gone straight to me because the person took the items away minutes after the money went through.
