I buy something from the internet, i pay the bill In EURO from my banc account to PayPal, PayPal convert the bill in other curency then back to EURO to the seller. Is like PayPal scam me, becouse the payment was 150 euro, and after paypal conversion it was 157 EURO. my question is Whi PayPal do that? if i already pay in Euro, why they convert the ammount in other curency and then back to EURO?
Please help me undertood, it seems i have been scamed by PayPal?!
