I'm trying to transfer my paypal balance into my bank account but it doesn't seem to work. I've tried several times over the past hour and it just says
"Sorry about that. We can’t complete this for you right now. You can try again in a minute or two. If you’re still having an issue, let us know."
it said that i should contact them if i'm having difficulties but i couldn't find where to contact them without making them think it was a transaction that i didn't try and do myself
it was also having difficulties letting me connect my bank account directly but my debit card is setup properly.
