So I have a PayPal Prepaid Mastercard and it does let me transfer money to my card, it say Unable to preform PayPal instant transfer, I app the PayPal prepaid MasterCard app and they tell me it’s something to do with PayPal and I asked PayPal and they never gave me a straight answer and idk what to do to fix it or transfer money to my card and I tried the prepaid app and website but they just keep saying Unable to preform PayPal instant transfer
