PayPal has my money on hold!

Hello

 

One of my customers paid the invoice I sent to him. Usually, it is on 21 day hold, but I told my customer to confirm it via Email, so that the money is released to my actual balance on PayPal.

 

 

I sent the Email to him - it didn't arrive.

 

Then he contacted PayPal and PayPal told him that it's my fault and I need to contact them. It's almost 7PM in Ireland, am trying to call Paypal but this **bleep**ing **bleep** lady is telling me lines are closed.

Now what the **bleep** am I going to do? Last time we had no problem and money was released instantly after he confirmed it with Email.

 

How can I solve this, because it's getting **bleep**ing ridiculous.

After updating order status on your end on the transaction by clicking "Add Tracking", can't the sender just log on to their account and click "confirm receipt" on the transaction? Do they have to do it through the email?
