PayPal has been unable to process my request for the past 3 DAYS

3 days ago I tried linking my debit card to my account. There was an error that said "we are sorry. we are unable to process your request right now. please try again later". I tried again multiple times that day until I decided to try again tomorrow. I did the same thing for the next 2 days after that and I still got the same annoying message. I checked my card details many times to see if maybe I made a mistake but my details were correct. Can someone please help or at least tell me what's going on, whether its the severs o whatever

I don't think you can add a debit card in your country, only a credit card.
