I need help, paypal just keeps giving me an automated response, I can't link my FNB card or account to paypal, FNB tells me my account is not verified.
You will need to go through the account verification process directly on your PayPal account, by adding and confirming a debit or credit card. This is explained in the following link - verify account.
Once PayPal is verified you can link the Capitech the FNB bank, which can subsequently be linked to the PayPal account.
