Please help! I am new to PayPal and I just sold my first product off eBay. There was a holding period on when I was able to access my money. That period is over and now I am Having trouble transferring my money to my debit card or withdrawing it from my PayPal card? Can anyone tell me what is going on? Is it because I am New still?
