PayPal: Internal error

Hello!
When i click to Transfer Funds i get this error:
"PayPal: Internal error
We are sorry. We can not process your application at this time. Please try again later."
Or when i click to my Card or My Bank Account i get this error too:\
"Some errors occurred while recovering your data.
Please try again after a few minutes. We apologize for the inconvenience."
I have this problem 2-3 days now.
I haven't this problem before to 2 weeks.
I transferred my funds to My Bank Account without any issue.
