Why is it so hard to talk to a person at PayPal? I have had a hold placed on funds going on for 3 weeks now and I can’t get in touch with anyone. I ask for a customer service representative and it eventually tells me that they can’t process my inquiry at the moment and then it hangs up. Horrible customer service.
