What do I do when I sell an item that is not shipped, but instead a digital item?
I cannot upload tracking of course, and all my buyers literally don't have PayPal accounts, meaning they can't confirm the receipt.
They often leave positive feedback too on the eBay transaction.
Anything I can do? Really can't afford to wait 21 days for the release, as I'm selling multiple a day and these items are expensive.

After updating PayPal transaction, you can ask buyer to confirm receipt:

As stated, the buyers do not have a PayPal account, meaning they cannot confirm the receipt
