Hello!
I've recently made a purchase on a Banggood site where prices are in USD ($), but I've paid with EUR (€).
The total cost was 421,46 USD which (according to google and my bank's official website) translates to ~377.33 EUR -> 1 EUR = ~1.11 USD.
But PayPal's exchange rate is 1 EUR = 1.073 USD which translated 421,46 USD to 392,79 EUR, made me to pay 15,46 EUR more. WTH?
That's outrageous. I've made many purchases using PayPal and this never happened to me before.
