Without naming the company, the issue is this. A transfer of funds was made to PayPal at my request. The complete transfer went through to PayPal on the company’s end. I was notified it had been completed and came in to my PP account to transfer the funds to my bank. PP had removed some of the transferred funds. Why? Have looked through all of their Q&As. Nothing pertaining to my specific issue.
