Where can I go to withdraw money from my card?

You can use it at any retailer that accepts MasterCard or find a MoneyPass ATM. Select "Checking" as opposed to "Savings" at the atm.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
