PayPal Cash Card

When I try to apply for the card it says I’m In legible. I have money my PayPal cash plus account and the option was there before but know it’s not and I can’t get it can someone please help me??

Do you tick all the boxes of all that’s required to request the card?

Yes I did I remember seeing the option to get the card 2 weeks ago but i can’t get it now
