I had 106.43 cents in my account and pay-pal took my money and gave it to the government and said I was dead Now I can’t retrieve my money because I am dead Pay pal should return my money and take it up with the government to re clams the money Pay pal still have me as an active account but now I have no money Who knows how to fix this they will not answer my EMail Will not give me my money I don’t know what to do ??
