Pay off

I would like to use a credit card to pay off PayPal, it only allows me to use a bank account? Is there a way around that?

If you mean you have a negative balance then you can only add funds to a U.S Paypal account via a card.

However you may have the option to phone customer services and pay it off over the phone by a card.
