I sent a parcel with USPS to a customer in France, I added the tracking number on Paypal.
My customer told me she received the parcel yesterday, but the tracking number is not updated and still "in-transit". So my money is on hold since then.
I don't understand why, especially because I asked for a signature too.
Is there any solution I can do to release the payment?
