Paid to old revolut local bank account.

Thursday I made a payment to the old Revolut account number. Which was a local account number. They have now changed to IBAN and Swift only. It says in Revolut that the money paid to the obsolete account should be rejected and the money should show in the senders bank within 1-3 days. PayPal has not answered my service request. Nor any money has been available again in PayPal. Anyone had this problem?it says completed in my PayPal. How do I go on about this?
