I went to CVS and paid them $203.95 to load $200 on my prepaid debit card. Cashier told me it was done and loaded, gave me a receipt. I then ran thru carry out afterwards to pick up some pop. My prepaid debit card was almost empty. So where is my $200? Who is responsible and when do i get my money back? CVS only says "you have receipt, no refunds" they stole my money. How will paypal protect me and others?
