So there has been no progress with my package it still shows as "in transit arriving late" its been 8 days since it was shipped,I know it's not the shippers fault but when should I file a claim? How many more days should I wait to see if there is progress is been stuck at same facility for 7 of the 8 days aforementioned.
For claims of non receipt of goods you have 180 days to open a case from the date of the transaction. How long you wait to open a claim would be up to you.
