If we initially verify a card via 3DS and all is fine, and later the bank decides they want to decline the transactions until 3DS is completed again, will a new code to be sent instead of the standard decline code so we know to destroy the reference transaction ID and request the customer enter their card details again to obtain a new reference transaction ID?
