PP Help

Hello PP Community. I currently have a payment pending which has been on HOLD. I've called PP like 5 times with the same problem but i get different answers. This payment has been on hold for a month now, i had this problem about a month ago as well, but i called and the PP Agent helped and i got my funds directly into my account because it should've done it automatically but on this case it did not. Now this is the second time i am facing this the exactly same thing but i have not yet seen a concrete solution to this. What can i do?
