So i'm trying to add my credit card and it got denied support told me to wait 48 hours without attempting to add the card after 48 hours same issue can't add the card then they told me to add another card so I tried adding 4 different credit cards 3 visa's and 1 mastercard yet they all got declined all cards works fine so i'm pretty sure the issue is whether my paypal account or paypal it self so I created another account and all 4 cards got declined too I don't know what to do at this point paypal support via twitter gave up and said they can't help me is there any way paypal support can manually check why all my credit cards are getting denied this is so frustrating
