I requested two checks a month ago and i have yet to receive them in Jamaica. The agent is letting me know that it's a possibility that my checks could have been cashed. IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE? AND WHO WOULD BE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THAT NEGLIGENCE?
