PAYMENT ON HOLD

I have recently made depop a app you can sell products on. I have sold a bag to someone and they have sent me the money onto my PayPal. This money shows up as pending/hold, I want to know how long this process of keeping it on hold will take? As I need to send the parcel off but I can only send this off when I have received the money. Please help ASAP

New seller hold, happens until you have built up a reasonable selling history.

Funds are held for 21 days BUT released earlier if you send the item trackable and tracking shows delivery + 1 day as per link.

If you make your buyer wait 21 days then odds are they will file a dispute for non receipt of item and you will lose the funds + have restrictions on future sales.

Thankyou!! I am just going to refund the money now. It is still pending and hold will I be able to refund it ? And how long does it take
