PAYMENT ON HOLD BUT ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED

Hi,

I sold an item on ebay, entered the tracking number and the item was delivered yesterday (confirmed by the buyer).  The funds are still on-hold.  How do I inform Paypal that the item has been delivered by Hermes?

When you're paid for eBay items you've sold, eBay may request that your payment be held temporarily. This means that the money won’t be immediately available to you, but it's usually available within 21 days. PayPal agents can't update, change, or answer questions about an eBay hold. Please Contact eBay to learn more about why your payment is on hold and how you may be able to get your money sooner.
