PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED

So I basically haven't received the payment for what I sold even though I already shipped the items and I already updated the status of it here on paypal the payment is still on hold what should I do. It says that 'you may receive the money within the 1 day of delivery' something like that but it's been 2 days and it's still on hold

Does tracking show the item as delivered + 1 day then?
