Outstanding balance

Hi I have an outstanding payment in my PayPal account and I have tried to transfer some money into it to bring the balance up to 0 however this keeps saying 'pending' and now I don't know what to do

I am sorry to read that you are having trouble resolving an outstanding balance. It sounds like you may be trying to add funds using your bank account to resolve your balance. If this is correct then your funds will show as pending until the payment clears. Adding funds to your PayPal balance can take 3-5 working days. Once this timeframe passes and the funds clear you will see the pending status change from pending to completed and the funds will be added to your PayPal balance.
